Monitoring Productivity in a Glove Factory

Intelligent dataTaker System Measures Machine Runtimes
CHESTERLAND OH—August 27, 2012

CAS DataLoggers recently provided the productivity monitoring dataloggers for the Wells-Lamont Industry Group, a high-quality manufacturer of work gloves and member of the Marmon Group of companies. This customer needed a time-saving way to view productivity from their knitting machines and to meet daily quotas for long-term savings. CAS DataLoggers provided 2 dataTaker dataloggers which measured the current output of every machine in the factory and accurately displayed them as either on or off by using a counter.
