CAS DataLoggers Adds New Upgrades to its Accsense Server

CAS DataLoggers is pleased to announce several significant improvements to our secure database for our Accsense monitoring and alarming systems, including a new backup policy which automatically provides a replicated copy of the database. Now when Accsense data loggers write data to the primary server, the information is copied to a log file in the secondary database. Monitoring and Recording Soil Moisture Using Wireless Data Collection

CAS DataLoggers recently provided an economical wireless monitoring system for a government organization undertaking an environmental project measuring the moisture content of peat moss soil. The remote monitoring data would be used in climate prediction efforts, so real-time monitoring was needed. The project also required wireless data collection so users wouldn’t have to travel to each recorder across the tracts of soil to gather the data. UPS Power Monitoring from CAS DataLoggers Solves Voltage Problems

Recently CAS DataLoggers Applications Specialist Pat Picciano recommended the EC-1V Single Phase Voltage Logger Kit to solve a customer’s UPS (Uninterruptible Power Source) power drops, revealed when the owner saw ongoing indications of voltage problems most mornings. The UPS powered the company’s backup server, phone system, and voicemail server, so the owner needed a voltage recorder that fit easily into his budget.
